Wedding Chauffeur Service Toronto — decorated vehicles, day-of coordination, chauffeurs in tails
Your wedding-day transportation timeline has more moving parts than the rest of the day combined. Bridal party from the hotel to the church. Groom + groomsmen from a different hotel. Parents from their own arrival point. Photography stops between ceremony and venue. Bride + groom departure at end of night.
We run that timeline for 60–80 weddings every season. Decorated vehicles, chauffeurs in tails, day-of timeline coordinator who calls every pickup point the day before. Complimentary red carpet rollout at the venue. Standard.
Day-of timeline coordinator
A real human runs your wedding-day timeline. Confirms every pickup the day before. On the day, calls each vehicle 30 min before each scheduled move.
Vehicles dressed for the day
White ribbon, optional floral, monogrammed plates, polished to mirror finish. The vehicle that picks up the bride is the same vehicle in your reception photos — never a substitute.
Chauffeurs in tails
Our wedding chauffeurs wear black tails, white gloves and a discreet boutonniere. They open doors, hold umbrellas if it rains, and stand back for photographs.
Red carpet at the venue
Complimentary red carpet rollout at the church/venue when the bride arrives. Stanchions optional. Many of our venue partners (One King West, the Berkeley Church, the Hazelton) know our team by name.
Champagne, water, mints
Bridal vehicle pre-stocked with chilled bottled water, mints, tissues, and (for guests over 19) a discreet split of champagne. Spare boutonnieres on board for last-minute fixes.
Most common wedding-day timeline (sample)
Here's a typical Toronto wedding day from our dispatch sheet. Yours will differ in details but the shape is the same:
- 9:00 AM — Stretch limo to bridal party hotel. Bride + bridesmaids transported to ceremony venue. Vehicle stays + waits.
- 10:30 AM — Mercedes Sprinter limo to groom's hotel. Groom + groomsmen to ceremony venue.
- 11:30 AM — Bride + father arrive at ceremony. Red carpet out. Sprinter departs for photos.
- 12:00–2:00 PM — Ceremony.
- 2:15 PM — Bride + groom into the lead Mercedes S-Class. Bridal party into Sprinter. Multi-stop photography (typically 3 Toronto landmarks: Distillery District, Toronto Music Garden, R.C. Harris Water Treatment Plant for the iconic art deco shot).
- 4:30 PM — Bride + groom arrive at reception venue first. Bridal party arrives 5 min later. Champagne reception begins.
- 5:00 PM–1:00 AM — Reception.
- 1:00 AM — Bride + groom departure in the same S-Class to wedding-night hotel. Bridal party transport (Sprinter) takes friends back to hotels.
We staff that day with one timeline coordinator at our Toronto office and 2–3 chauffeurs on the ground. The lead chauffeur runs the bridal vehicle for the entire day.
Vehicles for weddings
- Mercedes-Benz S-Class — Lead bridal vehicle. Quiet, prestigious, photographs beautifully in white-ribbon dressing. Seats 3 comfortably (bride + groom + maid of honour or photographer).
- Lincoln Stretch Limousine — Classic bridal-party vehicle. Seats 10. Champagne bar, mood lighting, sound system for cocktail-hour soundtrack en route.
- Mercedes Sprinter Limo — Bridal party + groomsmen + grandparents in one vehicle. Seats 14, captain's seats, easy entry/exit for elderly guests in formal wear.
- Cadillac Escalade — Father-of-the-bride or "grand entrance" vehicle. Commanding presence in photos. Tall ride height means easy entry for guests in gowns.
What we coordinate the day before

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we book wedding chauffeur service?
Most Toronto wedding venues book up 9–14 months out. We recommend booking your wedding transportation by the 6-month mark to lock in your vehicle of choice. Some popular dates (Saturdays in June, September, October) book out 12 months in advance.
Can we customize the vehicle decoration?
Yes. Standard package includes white ribbon, white floral bow on the front grille, and 'Just Married' window cling (optional). Custom monogrammed plates, full floral arrangements, and themed colour decoration are available — share your wedding colour palette at booking and we coordinate with your florist.
Do you cover photography stops between ceremony and reception?
Yes. We build a 'photography hour' into every wedding-day timeline by default — typically 60–90 minutes between ceremony end and reception arrival. The vehicle waits at each landmark stop. Most Toronto couples do 2–4 stops; we have a curated list of photographer-favourite Toronto locations on request.
What happens if the wedding runs late?
Most wedding-day timelines slip 15–45 minutes — that's normal. Our day-of coordinator stays in contact with your wedding planner or maid-of-honour and adjusts subsequent pickups in real time. We never bill 'wait time' on a wedding-day booking; the day is yours.
Can the chauffeur drive us to a hotel at the end of the night?
Yes — included in every wedding package. Bride + groom departure to wedding-night hotel is part of the booking. Most couples are at the Shangri-La, Fairmont Royal York, Ritz-Carlton, Park Hyatt or Hazelton. We pre-call the hotel valet so your arrival is met.
What about transporting parents and grandparents separately?
Common request. Many weddings need 2–3 vehicles running parallel timelines — bridal party in one, parents in another, grandparents (with mobility considerations) in a Cadillac Escalade for easier entry. Our timeline coordinator runs all vehicles from one master timeline.
Do you provide multilingual chauffeurs for diverse weddings?
Yes — our chauffeur roster includes native speakers of Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Tagalog, Polish, Russian and Persian. Let us know at booking if a specific language matters for a family member.
Is alcohol allowed in the wedding vehicles?
Yes for guests of legal drinking age (19+ in Ontario). Bridal vehicle is pre-stocked with a chilled split of champagne and bottled water. The Lincoln stretch and Sprinter limos have larger bar setups with mixer service. Open containers are legal inside our vehicles (Ontario Public Vehicles Act permission).
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 60 days before the wedding date. 60–30 days: 50% deposit retained. Inside 30 days: full payment retained. For genuine emergencies (immediate family bereavement, medical emergency) we work with couples on case-by-case basis. Travel insurance is recommended for destination weddings or out-of-province couples.
How do we book and what's the deposit?
Call +1 (647) 251-8100 or email info@chauffeurservicetoronto.ca with your wedding date, venue addresses, and approximate vehicle count. We send a detailed quote within one business day. Booking is confirmed with a 25% deposit; balance due 14 days before the wedding.
