Corporate Chauffeur Service Toronto — executive travel, monthly invoicing, dedicated chauffeurs
Corporate chauffeur service should feel less like a vendor and more like an in-house function. That's the standard we hold ourselves to: executives know their chauffeur's name, the chauffeur knows their preferred coffee, the assistant knows whose desk an Expensify-ready invoice lands on every month.
Bay Street law firms, downtown investment banks, GTA-based pro sports teams and federal government departments visiting Ottawa all run on our corporate account program. Most for 5+ years.
Monthly consolidated billing
One invoice per month per cost centre. SAP, Concur, Workday, Expensify, NetSuite — we export to whatever your finance team uses. Per-traveller breakdowns + GL coding included.
Dedicated account manager
Every corporate account gets a named account manager (not a 1-800 line). Direct email + cell number for after-hours coverage. Same person for the life of the account.
Consistent chauffeur assignments
Executives can request the same chauffeur for every ride. Most of our 5-year corporate clients have a primary + backup chauffeur their team knows by name.
C-suite confidentiality
Standard NDA on file for every corporate account. Vehicles swept of personal items between rides. Privacy partition optional in S-Class and Escalade builds.
Volume-tiered pricing
Discounted rates kick in at $5K, $15K and $50K monthly volume. Most accounts hit tier 1 within 60 days. Tier 3 includes complimentary monthly executive sweeps.
Who corporate chauffeur service is actually for
Corporate accounts make sense the moment your team is booking individual rides more than 8 times a month. Below that, ad-hoc booking via web or app is fine. Above it, the time spent reconciling per-ride receipts in expense reports starts to cost real money.
Our typical corporate client looks like this: a Toronto-based professional services firm with 10–200 employees who travel; partners and senior staff who fly weekly; an executive assistant team that books rides on behalf of others; a finance team that wants one invoice per cost centre per month with proper GL codes.
What's included in a corporate account
- Master service agreement with our preferred terms (typically Net 30, 18% gratuity built in, no minimums)
- Sub-accounts per cost centre, department, or partner — billed separately on one consolidated invoice
- Booking portal for your EAs with autocomplete on traveller names, common pickup addresses, recurring meeting locations
- Travel manager dashboard showing per-traveller monthly spend, route patterns, on-time arrival rate
- Expense exports in CSV/JSON to SAP Concur, Workday, Expensify, NetSuite, Coupa, Tipalti — we map our fields to yours during onboarding
- Dedicated chauffeur pools for executive teams who want the same 2–3 faces every time
- Quarterly business reviews with your travel manager — on-time stats, savings vs alternatives, route optimization recommendations
Most common corporate use cases
Airport runs. Pearson YYZ Terminal 1 + Terminal 3, Billy Bishop YTZ. Live flight tracking, 60-min grace window. Most accounts use this 60–70% of their volume.
Roadshow days. Investment banks doing IPO roadshows — visiting executive lands at 7 AM, six investor meetings across downtown Toronto + Mississauga, drops at hotel at 7 PM. We pre-route, pre-park where allowed, and stay with the client the entire day.
Client transport. Visiting client from out of town. Hotel pickup, office, lunch venue, back to hotel. White-glove service the entire day; client never wonders where their car is.
Cross-border (US/Canada). Toronto to Buffalo Niagara International (BUF), Detroit Metro (DTW), or LaGuardia direct. We partner with vetted US chauffeur companies and handle the entire experience as one continuous booking under one confirmation number.
Inter-city executive runs. Toronto → Ottawa, London, Windsor, Kingston for client meetings, board meetings, regulatory hearings. One chauffeur, one vehicle, door-to-door, no train changes.
Onboarding timeline
Most corporate accounts go live within one business day of agreement signing:
- Day 0: NDA + service agreement signed. Account manager assigned.
- Day 1: Sub-accounts set up. Expense-export mapping confirmed with your finance team. EA team given booking portal logins.
- Day 1–7: Chauffeur pool assignments confirmed (which 2–3 chauffeurs for which executives). Common pickup addresses loaded.
- Day 8 onward: Live. First monthly invoice arrives on the 1st of the following month.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book corporate chauffeur service in Toronto?
For weekday corporate chauffeur service, 24–48 hours' notice is typically sufficient. For weekend or holiday periods, 1–2 weeks is safer. Same-day bookings are subject to availability — call +1 (647) 251-8100 for urgent rides. Corporate account holders get priority booking.
Is the price truly all-inclusive?
Yes. Every quote includes the ride, 13% HST, fuel, all tolls (Highway 407 included), and 18% chauffeur gratuity. No surge pricing. No surprise charges. If your trip runs over or your flight is delayed by 90 minutes, we don't bill extra — it's built into the flat rate.
Do you serve Pearson, Billy Bishop and Hamilton airports?
Yes — Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Billy Bishop Toronto City (YTZ), Hamilton (YHM), London (YXU) and Ottawa (YOW). Every flight is tracked in real time using FAA/Eurocontrol feeds, so pickup adjusts automatically with delays or early arrivals.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac e-Transfer, ACH/EFT for corporate accounts, and monthly consolidated invoicing for businesses. Cash for in-person bookings. A pre-authorization may be placed for multi-day or high-value bookings.
Can I book a corporate account?
Absolutely. Corporate accounts unlock consolidated monthly billing, priority booking, dedicated account managers, consistent chauffeur assignments for executives who want familiarity, and SAP/Concur/Expensify-compatible expense exports. Email info@chauffeurservicetoronto.ca.
Are your vehicles and chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Yes — every vehicle carries commercial limousine plates and full commercial liability insurance as required by Ontario's Public Vehicles Act. Every chauffeur holds a Class B/E/F driver's licence, MTO Enhanced Driver's Record check, vulnerable-sector criminal record check, and a current City of Toronto chauffeur permit.
How is corporate chauffeur service different from Uber Black or a taxi?
Three things: (1) Full-time professional chauffeurs vs gig drivers — average tenure with us is seven years. (2) Owned, maintained fleet vs personal vehicles. (3) Flat-rate pricing locked at booking — no surge, no surprises. Ride-share is right for a 10-minute downtown hop. Chauffeur service is right when being on time and presentable matters.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes. Lincoln stretch limousines seat up to 10. Mercedes Sprinter limos seat up to 14. For larger groups we partner with vetted executive coach operators up to 24 passengers. Complimentary water and Wi-Fi standard in every vehicle.
What if my flight is delayed or my plans change?
Flight delays are tracked automatically; your chauffeur arrives when you land, not when you were scheduled to. We hold a 60-minute grace window after touchdown at no charge. For change-of-plans, most reservations can be modified up to 4 hours before pickup at no penalty.
How quickly will my booking be confirmed?
Most bookings are confirmed within minutes during business hours. For after-hours requests, our 24/7 dispatch acknowledges within 90 seconds and confirms once a chauffeur is assigned (usually under 15 minutes). For weddings, prom and pre-paid premium reservations, we send a written confirmation with chauffeur name and contact within one business day.
Ready to ride in style?
Reserve in 60 seconds. Confirmed within minutes. Real chauffeurs, real flight tracking, real flat-rate pricing — since 2007.
