For weddings, proms, prom-week weekends, holidays and major events (Caribana, TIFF, NYE, Easter, Christmas), reserve 2–4 weeks ahead — dates fill up quickly. Same-day bookings are subject to availability; calling +1 (647) 251-8100 is always faster than email for urgent rides. Corporate account holders get priority booking even at short notice.

Every quote we send is the final price. It already includes the ride, HST, fuel, all tolls (Highway 407 included), and 18% chauffeur gratuity. There is no surge pricing, no traffic surcharge, no airport access fee added at pickup, and no surprise charges on the receipt. If your flight is delayed by 90 minutes or your meeting runs over by an hour, we don't bill extra for that wait — it's built into the flat rate.

Yes — Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Billy Bishop Toronto City (YTZ), Hamilton (YHM), and on request to London (YXU) and Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier (YOW). Every flight is tracked in real time using FAA/Eurocontrol feeds, so pickup adjusts automatically if your flight lands early, late or gets diverted. Our airport meet-and-greet service includes a uniformed chauffeur at arrivals with a digital name sign and full assistance with luggage.

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Interac e-Transfer, ACH/EFT for corporate accounts, monthly consolidated invoicing for businesses, and cash for in-person bookings. A pre-authorization hold may be placed for high-value, multi-day or out-of-town trips — it's released within 3–5 business days after your ride is completed.

Yes — every vehicle in our fleet carries commercial limousine plates and the full commercial liability insurance required by Ontario's Public Vehicles Act. Every chauffeur holds a Class B/E/F driver's licence, an Enhanced Driver's Record check from the Ministry of Transportation, a vulnerable-sector criminal record check, and a current chauffeur permit issued by the City of Toronto. We carry copies on board and can provide them at any time.

Our stretch Lincoln limousines seat up to 10, Mercedes Sprinter limos seat up to 14, and we have access to executive coaches up to 24 passengers for larger weddings, proms, bachelor/bachelorette parties and corporate retreats. For weddings we provide complimentary red-carpet rollout at the church/venue, decorated vehicles, a chauffeur in tails, complimentary champagne (over-19 only), and a wedding-day timeline coordinator who confirms every pickup the day before.

We provide chauffeur service across the entire Greater Toronto Area and the major Ontario cities — Markham, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Newmarket, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Windsor, Kingston, Peterborough and Ottawa. Flight delays are tracked automatically; your chauffeur will be at the curb when you actually land, not when you were scheduled to. We hold a 60-minute grace window after landing at no additional charge (most arrivals are within 30 minutes). For change of plans, most reservations can be modified up to 4 hours before pickup at no penalty — call us or reply to your confirmation email. For weddings, proms and pre-paid premium reservations, our cancellation policy is in your booking confirmation; we work with customers on genuine emergencies.
